Sustainability and Ethics

There is a commonly heard refrain that “Ethics may be good, but they are expensive”. A refrain that still holds sway despite the stringent penalties that have been imposed on so many organisations at terrible cost to morale, staff engagement, reputation, market share and profitability. Clearly the current level of corporate ethics now threatens the very existence of many organisations.

To create sustainable and ethical organisations requires leaders to build them from the ground up rather than just putting gloss on the organisation. Ethical behaviour must be supported by the organisational world to become a sustainable and enduring feature of the organisation as a whole.

ResoFact™ reveals those embedded attitudes, assumptions and systems that keep those self-destructive behaviours and conduct in place. By both revealing and giving common language to such issues we will open the door to the opportunity for transformation.
